How a basket moves forward
One basket, three ways forward
VSH is the Regen Ledger credit beneath verified work: a separate ledger layer reviewed only after settled, accepted work. Payment may travel in dollars, provision, or a supported token. A basket never promises issuance.
Proposed and not armed: governed budget authorization. Votes are free forever and never called people; they remain signal and never authorize issuance.

- A worker wallet address. Returns the public record of what that worker has settled.

- A settlement transaction hash. Returns the onchain payment behind a settled packet.
- A receipt
- A receipt link from this site. Returns the record the receipt points at.
An identifier either resolves against the canonical record or it does not. Vealth never guesses at one.
