NET credit V0
NET credit is a simulated, non-tradable, non-transferable point recorded inside our own files to track work that has been submitted and approved. It exists as JSON on disk. It has no market, no price, no venue, and no way to move it from one person to another.
In plain terms it is a stamp in a notebook. It says work was received and reviewed. That is all it says. Work that is rejected receives zero, and the record format enforces that.
If you hold NET credit, read this part
There is a separate asset on Base that also uses the name NET. They are not the same thing and they are not connected. NET credit is this simulated work record. The asset is a fixed supply of one thousand units created by EcoWealth for its own account.
Holding NET credit gives you no claim, no conversion right, no entitlement and no expectation against that asset, or against EcoWealth. It never did, and nothing about the asset existing changes that. Any future connection between the two would require separate operator approval, legal review, and a new public statement published before anything ran.
If someone tells you your NET credit converts into the asset, they are wrong. The two surfaces are kept separate on purpose. The asset is described at its own page.
What NET credit is not
- Not a currency. It is not money and cannot be spent.
- Not tradable. There is no market and no price.
- Not transferable. There is no mechanism to move it between people.
- Not redeemable. It converts into nothing, on any timescale.
- Not a claim on EcoWealth or on anything EcoWealth owns or later creates.
Not financial, lending, investment, tax, legal, or insurance advice.
Not a loan approval, lender match, or credit-readiness decision.
Not a guarantee of funding, rebate, grant, or savings outcome.
Not a certification of impact, building health, food safety, energy performance, or ecological outcome.
Not contractor dispatch, contractor selection, or contractor endorsement.
Not bank, credit union, regulator, rating-agency, or government endorsement.
Not a real-world dispatch by EcoWealth.
Not a securities, token-purchase, deposit, or yield offer.
This page restates the operator disclosure held at docs/operator/NET_CREDIT_V0.md. Where the two
differ, that document governs.
