We are saying that plainly rather than sending you at a door that will stop you.

The boundary
Naming a problem here does not fund it, does not hire anyone, and does not promise it gets done. What it does is put a real problem, at a real place, in front of people who can price it and prove it. Money only ever moves when someone chooses to fund a packet, and a worker is only ever paid after proof is submitted and reviewed.
