community center, Arvin CA
Set community center, Arvin CA a year-round water-safety watch.
A sampler in nitrile gloves fills a sample bottle from the tap at the community center, runs the test kit on the water, and adds the reading to the year-round log. Read all of it
Not funded yet. Settles as earned credit, $360 proposed.
Proof it takes, the deadline, the level
- Prooffull-year consolidated reading log + GPS + chain-of-custody + certification note
- Open until2027-07-10
- Leveladvanced
All of it: the words, the place, the proof
Set community center, Arvin CA a year-round water-safety watch. Community center needs a standing water-safety record, not one-off checks. Build the annual watch that keeps the tap water at community center verified round-round.
Fund it for $360. The receipt lands onchain once the proof is approved.
Safety, read before you claim
No confined-space entry. Do not open pressurized plumbing; wear eye protection and gloves; read each reagent's label and Safety Data Sheet before use.

How this work is done
How this work is done
A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.
Bring
- GPS-capable phone
- test kit for each named analyte (nitrate/coliform/arsenic/lead as specified)
- clean sample bottle + label
- nitrile gloves
- camera
Steps
- 1. Navigate to the sampling point; confirm GPS is inside the posting radius; record the waypoint.
- 2. Photograph the tap or wellhead with a legible timestamp.
- 3. If first-draw is required, sample after >=6h stagnation; if flushed, run the tap 2-3 minutes first, then sample.
- 4. Fill the bottle without touching the inside; cap immediately.
- 5. Run each test per kit instructions; wait the exact develop/incubation time; read and record every value with units.
- 6. Record coliform as present/absent after the stated incubation window.
- 7. Enter all readings, units, GPS, time, and photos into the proof record; sign it.
What counts as done
- Consolidated year-round reading log (nitrate + coliform, every round)
- GPS waypoint of the sampling location
- Chain-of-custody trail for every lab-submitted round
- Certification note confirming the tap meets EPA MCLs across the year
Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.
The standard this serves
Drinking Water Safety. Drinking water safety rests on hard numbers: the EPA and the World Health Organization publish exact limits for lead, bacteria, nitrates, and the rest, the line between water that is safe and water that only looks safe. Clear water can fail the test; slightly cloudy water can pass it. Only the test knows. Mastery means clean sampling habits, honest custody of every sample, and readings a stranger can trust. This packet is one correct sample or one careful reading, taken by the book. Every safe glass of water stands on somebody having done this properly.
What is promised, and what is not
Three separate acts, never one: a vote is a free signed preference that moves no money; a pledge is free signed backing intent, balance-checked, that moves no money and never marks the packet funded; funding is a real payment that backs the wage. Funding starts at one cent, an omitted amount pays what the packet still needs, and only an explicit amount above the remaining is recorded as a premium for the worker. Money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1783722163613_4xderra","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.
Claiming is free. You sign to prove the wallet is yours: no card, no deposit, no fee. Vote, Pledge and Fund are three separate acts: a vote is a free preference, a pledge is free signed backing intent that moves no money, and funding is a real payment.
An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.
Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.
Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.
Other acts: vote, pledge, fund
