All of it: the words, the place, the proof

Prepare the Feather River watershed source-protection zone source-protection file for third-party verification. Feather River watershed source-protection zone, Oroville CA's source-protection program is due for its periodic third-party verification, but its multi-round buffer-walk record and flagged-observation history need to be assembled into one file a verifier can actually audit. The buffer-walk records and flagged observations from past rounds are scattered, with no single indexed file a verifier can audit.

Fund it for $472. The receipt lands onchain once the proof is approved.

This job is not funded yet, so this figure is a proposed price, not money held for the worker. If a buyer funds it, approved proof settles that price onchain. If nobody funds it, approved proof earns provable credit toward the work instead of cash: recorded, and readable any time at vealth.net/labor/credit/(your wallet). You see which before you claim, never after.

The creator wallet. Its signature is what approves proof and settles the wage.

Safety, read before you claim

Field observation only: no repairs, no fencing/vegetation work, no entry into fenced utility infrastructure beyond the approved walk route. Any breach or encroachment is flagged to the project proponent/water utility, never repaired or negotiated on-site.

How this work is done

How this work is done

A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.

Bring

  • GPS-capable phone or survey-grade GPS
  • camera
  • tape measure or laser rangefinder (buffer distance checks)
  • field checklist/tablet
  • waterproof notebook
  • PPE (gloves/boots)
  • flagging tape

Steps

  1. 1. Navigate to the registered source-protection zone boundary (spring box, recharge basin, wellhead, catchment intake); confirm GPS matches the project's registered site ID.
  2. 2. Photograph the source point and the immediate protective perimeter (fencing/buffer condition, vegetation cover, any encroachment).
  3. 3. Walk the protection-zone buffer checking for contamination-risk indicators (livestock access, latrine proximity, agrochemical storage/use, solid-waste dumping, open defecation) and log each with a GPS waypoint and photo.
  4. 4. Inspect the physical source infrastructure (spring box lid/seal, wellhead cap, intake screen, diversion structure) for damage or breach.
  5. 5. Record any encroachment (new structures, cultivation, grazing) inside the registered buffer since the last visit.
  6. 6. Note upstream/uphill land-use changes visible from the protection zone that could affect source-water quality.
  7. 7. Complete the source-protection condition checklist per the project's WBS monitoring plan.
  8. 8. Enter site ID, GPS, photos, checklist, and any flagged risk into the proof record; sign.

What counts as done

  • Every monitoring round's field sheets, GPS waypoints, and photos indexed by site and date
  • Complete condition-checklist trail across the monitoring period
  • Any flagged breach/encroachment documented with its resolution
  • File assembled in the format the verification body specifies, ready for audit

Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.

What is promised, and what is not

Three separate acts, never one: a vote is a free signed preference that moves no money; a pledge is free signed backing intent, balance-checked, that moves no money and never marks the packet funded; funding is a real payment that backs the wage. Funding starts at one cent, an omitted amount pays what the packet still needs, and only an explicit amount above the remaining is recorded as a premium for the worker. Money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1783723143832_twiy2t5","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.

Claiming is free. You sign to prove the wallet is yours: no card, no deposit, no fee. Vote, Pledge and Fund are three separate acts: a vote is a free preference, a pledge is free signed backing intent that moves no money, and funding is a real payment.

An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.

Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.

Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.

Other acts: vote, pledge, fund
