If it does not match the plan
- Rotted/soft decking, undersized structure, or panel bus rating below plan -> STOP: route back to engineering/AHJ before any mounting.
- Any wiring or termination outside the licensed electrician's sign-off -> not done; no energization until corrected.
- Work at roof height without anchored fall protection -> STOP work immediately.
