Clear and seed a vacant lot into a pocket green space, Duxberry Ave, Linden
A long-vacant lot on Duxberry Ave sits as bare dirt and blowing trash between the houses; clearing and seeding it turns a blight spot into shade-in-waiting. Standard: SDG 11.7 green public space + i-Tree canopy assessment protocol. Proof: Before photo of the debris-strewn lot + Cleared + seeded photos + Germination follow-up photo at 3-4 weeks Method (SDG 11.7 green public space + i-Tree canopy assessment protocol.): 1. Photograph the lot as found and clear all debris/trash to the correct disposal streams. 2. Rake and lightly till the bare soil surface only (shallow work, no deep digging). 3. Broadcast a low-maintenance native grass/wildflower seed mix at the recommended rate. 4. Water in and photograph the seeded lot; return to photograph germination at 3-4 weeks. Done when: Before photo of the debris-strewn lot + Cleared + seeded photos + Germination follow-up photo at 3-4 weeks

Steps
- 1. Walk the corridor; record a GPS waypoint at each tree.

- 4. Count vacant planting sites.
- 5. Enter the per-tree records, vacant-site count, GPS, photos into the proof record; sign.
If it does not match the plan
