Clear the dumped debris from the alleys off Success Avenue in Watts (2026-07-18)

The alleys between Success Ave and Grape Street carry kids to school and collect dumped furniture and green waste that block them for weeks. A monthly hand crew with gloves and a truck keeps the walking network open. Standard: LA Sanitation illegal-dumping pickup + CD15 alley program. SDG 11.6. Proof: before/after + disposal log + any hazmat report Method (LA Sanitation illegal-dumping pickup + CD15 alley program. SDG 11.6.): 1. Photograph the alley segment as found. 2. Clear ordinary furniture/green-waste/boxed debris to the truck; sort metal/recyclables. 3. File any hazardous or unknown load to LA Sanitation instead of touching it; screenshot the report. 4. Photograph the cleared segment from matching vantage; log volumes and disposal. Done when: before/after + disposal log + any hazmat report

$85 proposed

This packet is not funded yet, so this figure is a proposed price and not money waiting in escrow. If a buyer funds it, approved proof settles that price onchain. If nobody funds it, approved proof earns provable credit toward the work instead of cash. You see which before you claim, never after.

How this work is done

A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it. Typically 45–90 minutes. Method of record: Manual removal and licit disposal of illegally dumped bulk trash and debris from a public alley or rear right-of-way

Bring

Steps

  1. 1. ASSESS: photograph the alley's debris as found (type, extent, any hazardous-looking items) and confirm the alley is public right-of-way, not a private yard needing separate consent.
  2. 2. Set aside and separately flag (do not move) any item that looks hazardous (containers with unknown liquid, sharps, anything resembling a fuel/chemical container) and report it rather than handling it.
  3. 3. Sort and remove the remaining bulk trash/debris by hand, bagging loose material and staging bulky items for the city's bulk-pickup program or a licensed hauler.
  4. 4. Photograph the cleared alley from the same before vantage and log the city bulk-pickup or 311 reference used for anything left for scheduled pickup.

What counts as done

Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.

Claim it on the board

Claiming is free. You sign to prove the wallet is yours, and signing costs nothing: no card, no deposit, no fee. An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.

Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.
