Log the flood-stage water line at Boeung Tumpun's retention wetland edge (2026-07-18)

Boeung Tumpun is one of Phnom Penh's last flood-retention wetlands, and infill development around its edge has pushed monsoon overflow deeper into nearby Chbar Ampov housing than in past years. A dry-path visual log gives residents a real record of how far the water reaches each event. Standard: UNEP/UN-Habitat urban wetland flood-buffer guidance; SDG 11.5 (reduce disaster impacts). Proof: Timestamped waterline photo + log Method (UNEP/UN-Habitat urban wetland flood-buffer guidance; SDG 11.5 (reduce disaster impacts).): 1. Stand on the dry public road at the marked observation point. 2. Photograph the waterline against the fixed reference mark. 3. Record date, time, and rainfall condition. 4. Note any visible drainage blockage from the public vantage point. 5. Submit the photo and log entry. Done when: Timestamped waterline photo + log

Pay
$80 proposed

This packet is not funded yet, so this figure is a proposed price and not money waiting in escrow. If a buyer funds it, approved proof settles that price onchain. If nobody funds it, approved proof earns provable credit toward the work instead of cash. You see which before you claim, never after.

Timestamped waterline photo + log

This is exactly what gets it approved. Nothing settles without it.

What counts as done

Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.

Claim it on the board

Claiming is free. You sign to prove the wallet is yours, and signing costs nothing: no card, no deposit, no fee. An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.

Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.
