Install a shaded bench shelter at a bare East Las Vegas stop
Transit-dependent East Las Vegas riders wait at sign-only stops in the Mojave sun — no bench, no shade, no chance. A modular shelter with bench and shade panel, installed with agency and host approval beside the stop, converts the valley's harshest daily wait into a survivable one. Standard: RTC of Southern Nevada stop amenity practice; SDG 11. Proof: Finished-shelter photos + anchor check Method (RTC of Southern Nevada stop amenity practice; SDG 11.): 1. Confirm agency/host approval and the exact placement footprint, and call 811. 2. Assemble the modular shelter frame and bench on the prepared pad. 3. Anchor the frame to the pad and fit the shade panel, working at or below 8 feet. 4. Check stability and clear sightlines to approaching buses. 5. Photograph the finished shelter in use with date and GPS. Done when: Finished-shelter photos + anchor check
How this work is done
A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it. Typically 30–60 minutes. Method of record: Community-coordination hazard survey (documentation + coordination only; severity-tagged)
Bring
- GPS phone
- camera
- hi-vis vest
- severity-tag reference (minor|moderate|severe|critical)
Steps
- 1. Walk the corridor from a safe path; record a GPS waypoint at each hazard.
- 2. Photograph each hazard.
- 3. Classify the hazard type and assign a severity tag (minor|moderate|severe|critical).
- 4. Name the responsible handoff target (BID / city agency / utility).
- 5. Enter each hazard's type, severity, GPS, photo, and handoff target into the proof record; sign.
If it does not match the plan
- NEVER perform repair or enter the roadway/public right-of-way -> documentation and coordination only.
- Any severity:critical (e.g., live downed wire, open utility vault) -> flag immediately to the responsible agency; keep clear.
What counts as done
- Each hazard photographed with a GPS waypoint
- Severity tag assigned per hazard
- Hazard type classified
- Named handoff target per hazard
Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.
Claiming is free. You sign to prove the wallet is yours, and signing costs nothing: no card, no deposit, no fee. An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.
Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.
