Africatown's story — the Clotilda, the founders, the century of survival — is national history that the neighborhood's own walls barely tell. A host-invited mural, designed with community input, replaces a blank or tagged wall with the story residents choose to show visitors arriving for the heritage sites. 3. 3. Classify the hazard type and assign a severity tag (minor|moderate|severe|critical).
4. 4. Name the responsible handoff target (BID / city agency / utility).
5. 5. Enter each hazard's type, severity, GPS, photo, and handoff target into the proof record; sign.

If it does not match the plan

• NEVER perform repair or enter the roadway/public right-of-way -> documentation and coordination only.
• Any severity:critical (e.g., live downed wire, open utility vault) -> flag immediately to the responsible agency; keep clear.
