Plant shade trees along Sanger's barest parkway strips

Sanger's older south-side streets were built with parkway strips but few trees ever went in, so the neighborhood absorbs full Valley sun with no relief. Ten well-planted, well-watered street trees can drop surface temperatures on a block by double digits within a few summers. Standard: CalEPA Urban Heat Island Index + city street-tree guidance; SDG 11 Sustainable Cities and Communities. Proof: Before/after photos of each planting spot plus a row shot of all trees planted Method (CalEPA Urban Heat Island Index + city street-tree guidance; SDG 11 Sustainable Cities and Communities.): 1. Confirm the marked planting spots with the host list and call 811 utility marking before any digging. 2. Dampen the soil, then dig each hole twice the width of the root ball and no deeper, setting the root flare at grade. 3. Backfill, water in slowly, and shape a watering basin around each trunk. 4. Add a 3-inch mulch ring kept off the trunk, and stake only trees that cannot stand alone. 5. Photograph each planted tree and the full row, with GPS and date. Done when: Before/after photos of each planting spot plus a row shot of all trees planted

Pay
$340 proposed

This packet is not funded yet, so this figure is a proposed price and not money waiting in escrow. If a buyer funds it, approved proof settles that price onchain. If nobody funds it, approved proof earns provable credit toward the work instead of cash. You see which before you claim, never after.

How this work is done

A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it. Typically 30–60 minutes. Method of record: i-Tree canopy / street-tree inventory

Bring

What counts as done

Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.

Claim it on the board

Claiming is free. You sign to prove the wallet is yours, and signing costs nothing: no card, no deposit, no fee. An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.

Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.
