Install a filtered water refill station at a host-invited Home Garden site

Many Home Garden households distrust the tap and spend real money on bottled water. A certified-filter bottle-refill station at a trusted host site gives the neighborhood a free, safe fill point while bigger infrastructure fixes grind forward. Standard: State Water Board SAFER drinking-water program; SDG 6 Clean Water and Sanitation. Proof: Working filtered refill station photographed with certification and dated tag Method (State Water Board SAFER drinking-water program; SDG 6 Clean Water and Sanitation.): 1. Confirm the host site's invitation and an existing exterior tap in good condition. 2. Fit the certified inline filter and bottle-filler unit to the existing tap per instructions — no new plumbing runs; a licensed plumber handles anything beyond the tap fitting. 3. Flush per the filter manual, check for leaks, and tag with install and cartridge dates. 4. Post a simple free-water sign in English and Spanish. 5. Photograph the installed station, certification mark, tag, and signage, with GPS and date. Done when: Working filtered refill station photographed with certification and dated tag

Pay
$440 proposed

This packet is not funded yet, so this figure is a proposed price and not money waiting in escrow. If a buyer funds it, approved proof settles that price onchain. If nobody funds it, approved proof earns provable credit toward the work instead of cash. You see which before you claim, never after.

How this work is done

A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it. Typically 30–60 minutes. Method of record: EPA drinking-water sampling (3Ts / LCR first-draw where lead is in scope)

Bring

Steps

  1. 1. Navigate to the sampling point; confirm GPS is inside the posting radius; record the waypoint.
  2. 2. Photograph the tap or wellhead with a legible timestamp.
  3. 3. If first-draw is required, sample after >=6h stagnation; if flushed, run the tap 2-3 minutes first, then sample.
  4. 4. Fill the bottle without touching the inside; cap immediately.
  5. 5. Run each test per kit instructions; wait the exact develop/incubation time; read and record every value with units.
  6. 6. Record coliform as present/absent after the stated incubation window.
  7. 7. Enter all readings, units, GPS, time, and photos into the proof record; sign it.

What counts as done

Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.

Claim it on the board

Claiming is free. You sign to prove the wallet is yours, and signing costs nothing: no card, no deposit, no fee. An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.

Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.
