Steps

If it does not match the plan

• Carbon monoxide > 9 ppm sustained in an occupied space, or any audible CO alarm -> STOP: life-safety hazard. Evacuate, ventilate, and call the gas utility / fire department now. The agent escalates immediately, never sources the leak (NIOSH/ASHRAE CO).
