If it does not match the plan
- Any live-panel hazard, exposed conductors, scorching, or double-tapped/overheated breakers -> STOP: do not open or probe further; photograph the closed panel/label only and route to a licensed electrician (NEC).
- Combustion appliance suspected of backdrafting or improper venting -> flag for a licensed mechanical contractor; do not test-fire or decommission (CO risk).
- Panel appears full / service undersized for electrification -> flag as a service-upgrade input; the electrician performs the load calc and any upgrade, not the agent.
