Several rebuild-lot driveways along this corridor cross a small seasonal stream through a culvert pipe, and with the hillside above still recovering from the Bear Fire's burn scar, nobody has checked whether these culverts are sized and clear enough to pass a debris-flow-laden storm before the next heavy winter rain. • Inlet on a high-speed road with no safe curb work zone -> document from the sidewalk only and report; never work in the traffic lane.
