If it does not match the plan

• Carbon monoxide > 9 ppm sustained in an occupied space, or any audible CO alarm -> STOP: life-safety hazard. Evacuate, ventilate, and call the gas utility / fire department now. The agent escalates immediately, never sources the leak (NIOSH/ASHRAE CO).
• CO2 sustained > 2000 ppm in an occupied space -> flag acute under-ventilation: recommend increasing outdoor air and reducing occupancy immediately and report to the facility manager (well above the 1000 ppm ASHRAE 62.1 comfort flag).
• CO2 sustained > 1000 ppm -> flag under-ventilation vs ASHRAE 62.1.
• PM2.5 > 35 ug/m3 (24-hr, EPA NAAQS) -> flag elevated particulate; > 55 ug/m3 -> recommend occupants limit exposure / use filtration now.
• Visible mold > 10 sq ft OR active water intrusion -> document only, do not disturb; route to a licensed remediation pro (EPA mold guidance); occupants with respiratory symptoms routed to relocate.
