All of it: the words, the place, the proof
Photograph the stormwater detention basin at the US-395 wash crossing in north Adelanto, CA from the public road or fence line. No current volunteer-level condition record exists (sediment buildup, vegetation, outlet blockage) to flag for the county flood-control district before the next monsoon-season downpour.

Safety, read before you claim
No special training is needed; this is document-only work from the public road or fence line. Never enter the basin, do not climb any fence or barrier, and route findings to the county flood-control district.
How this work is done
How this work is done
A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.
Steps
- Go to the public road or fence line nearest the station the title names and record a GPS waypoint for the observation point.
- Photograph the whole detention basin from that point, wide, so the basin and its surroundings show.
- Photograph the sediment buildup visible on the basin floor and slopes, wide then close.
- Photograph the vegetation growing in the basin and along its edges.
- Photograph the outlet structure from the same perimeter and note any visible blockage or damage there or elsewhere in the basin.
- Write each noted blockage or damage as one line that says what it is and where it sits relative to the waypoint.
- Rank the noted items in the order the county flood-control district should inspect them, most urgent first.
- Enter the photos, GPS waypoint, notes and ranked follow-on list in the proof record.
What counts as done
- Photos of the basin's visible condition (sediment, vegetation, outlet structure) taken from the public perimeter or fence line
- Any visible blockage or damage noted from outside the basin
- GPS waypoint confirming the observation point
- Ranked follow-on list naming the item for the county flood-control district to inspect
Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.
What is promised, and what is not
Three separate acts, never one: a vote is a free signed preference that moves no money; a pledge is free signed backing intent, balance-checked, that moves no money and never marks the packet funded; funding is a real payment that backs the wage, plus one Vealth service fee of 10% shown apart; the worker is paid the whole wage. Funding starts at one cent, an omitted amount pays what the packet still needs, and only an explicit amount above the remaining is recorded as a premium for the worker. Money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1784854741439_ykvihdn","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.
Claiming is free. You sign to prove the wallet is yours: no card, no deposit, no fee. Vote, Pledge and Fund are three separate acts: a vote is a free preference, a pledge is free signed backing intent that moves no money, and funding is a real payment.
An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.
Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.
Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.
Other acts: vote, pledge, fund
