All of it: the words, the place, the proof

Verify the public water point at Lockhart City Park at Clear Fork Plum Creek, Lockhart, TX. The public water point at Lockhart City Park at Clear Fork Plum Creek only helps if it still delivers clean water, and rural systems can drift out of service unseen. This public park sits in Lockhart, Caldwell County, where some outlying areas rely on small rural water systems. A quick functionality and safe use check tests flow from a safe public vantage and records the result.

Fund it for $220. The receipt lands onchain once the proof is approved.

$220 proposed

This job is not funded yet, so this figure is a proposed price, not money held for the worker. If a buyer funds it, approved proof settles that price onchain. If nobody funds it, approved proof earns provable credit toward the work instead of cash: recorded, and readable any time at vealth.net/labor/credit/(your wallet). You see which before you claim, never after.

Safety, read before you claim

Observation + light on-site indicator testing only: no repairs, no plumbing/electrical work, no chemical dosing. A non-functional point or absent treatment is flagged to the water-system operator/project proponent, never repaired on-site.

How this work is done

How this work is done

A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.

Bring

  • GPS-capable phone or survey-grade GPS
  • camera
  • free-chlorine residual test strips or turbidity tube
  • stopwatch (flow-rate test)
  • field checklist/tablet
  • maintenance logbook
  • PPE (gloves)

Steps

  1. 1. Navigate to the registered water point (handpump, tap stand, filtration unit, tank) and confirm GPS matches the project's registered asset ID.
  2. 2. Photograph the water point and confirm it is operational by test-pumping or test-flowing the point.
  3. 3. Verify basic water-quality indicators available on-site (free-chlorine residual test strip or turbidity tube where the project specifies point-of-use treatment) and record the reading.
  4. 4. Observe the responsible user/caretaker's safe-water-chain practices (covered storage, clean collection vessel, handwashing station presence/function).
  5. 5. Check the asset's maintenance record/logbook for the period since the last visit; note any repairs or downtime.
  6. 6. Count or estimate the households/population currently served per the project's registered service area.
  7. 7. Complete the WASH functionality + safe-use checklist per the project's monitoring plan.
  8. 8. Enter asset ID, GPS, photos, test readings, checklist, and any flagged deficiency into the proof record; sign.

What counts as done

  • GPS matches the registered water-point asset ID within the posting radius
  • Photo confirming the point is operational, with the test-pump/test-flow result documented
  • On-site water-quality indicator test performed and recorded where the project specifies point-of-use treatment
  • WASH functionality + safe-use checklist completed per the project's monitoring plan

Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.

What is promised, and what is not

Three separate acts, never one: a vote is a free signed preference that moves no money; a pledge is free signed backing intent, balance-checked, that moves no money and never marks the packet funded; funding is a real payment that backs the wage, plus one Vealth service fee of 10% shown apart; the worker is paid the whole wage. Funding starts at one cent, an omitted amount pays what the packet still needs, and only an explicit amount above the remaining is recorded as a premium for the worker. Money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1784858980351_46ugk7s","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.

Claiming is free. You sign to prove the wallet is yours: no card, no deposit, no fee. Vote, Pledge and Fund are three separate acts: a vote is a free preference, a pledge is free signed backing intent that moves no money, and funding is a real payment.

An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.

Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.

Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.

Other acts: vote, pledge, fund
