Succ Water Efficiency Radnor Monthly Meeting
Install the low-flow fixtures the audit finds.
A worker turns an adjustable wrench on an aerator or valve at the site, swaps in a certified low-flow replacement, then reads the flow in a gallon-marked bucket. Read all of it
Not funded yet. Settles as earned credit, $95 proposed.
Proof it takes, the deadline, the level
- Proofbefore/after flow-rate readings per fixture + WaterSense label photo + leak retest + GPS
- Open until2027-07-24
- Levelintermediate
All of it: the words, the place, the proof
Install certified low-flow aerators and valves at a community building in Villanova, PA. The water audit is expected to find fixtures running above WaterSense flow limits, and the swap cuts the draw immediately. Name the exact site and confirm it with its host before you claim: this listing gives only the area.
Fund it for $95. The receipt lands onchain once the proof is approved.
Safety, read before you claim
The swap asks for no licence; only a licensed plumber may solder or sweat copper. Get occupant or manager consent first, and never remove a fixture before shutting off the local supply.
How this work is done
How this work is done
A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.
Bring
- an adjustable wrench to remove the targeted aerator or valve and a bucket marked in gallons to record each flow rate
Steps
- Record the exact community-building site, street address, and host contact.
- Record the before flow rate for each targeted aerator or valve fixture.
- Photograph the WaterSense label on each replacement part before fitting it.
- Remove the targeted aerator or valve and install the certified low-flow replacement.
- Record the after flow rate and run the toilet dye-leak retest for each targeted toilet.
- Photograph the installed fixtures and record the GPS.
What counts as done
- Before flow-rate reading (gpm) per targeted fixture
- WaterSense label photo of each installed fixture
- After flow-rate reading confirming the reduction
- Toilet dye-leak retest showing no leak
- Site record: the exact site's name and street address, and the contact who agreed to the work
Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.
The standard this serves
Water Efficiency. Water efficiency is the quiet discipline of wasting nothing indoors. The EPA's WaterSense program sets the marks: how many gallons a minute a faucet should pass, how to find the leak that runs a toilet all night, how a household's water bill tells a story. Mastery looks like an auditor who can walk a home in an hour and find every hidden gallon. The skill is built one fixture at a time, which is exactly what this packet asks: measure one flow, find one leak, record one truth about where the water goes.
What is promised, and what is not
Three separate acts, never one: a vote is a free signed preference that moves no money; a pledge is free signed backing intent, balance-checked, that moves no money and never marks the packet funded; funding is a real payment that backs the wage, plus one Vealth service fee of 10% shown apart; the worker is paid the whole wage. Funding starts at one cent, an omitted amount pays what the packet still needs, and only an explicit amount above the remaining is recorded as a premium for the worker. Money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1784867779264_162yzlc","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.
Open, but not claimable yet. restricted: regulated. Regulated or permit-required work cannot be claimed on this rail yet. It stays readable; voting and pledging are free, and funding is separate from claiming.
An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.
Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.
Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.
Other acts: vote, pledge, fund
