All of it: the words, the place, the proof

Fund it for $400. Proof lands onchain when it's done.
How this work is done
How this work is done
A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.
Bring
- the surfacing material specified for this playground (engineered wood fiber, loose fill or the poured-in-place patch kit)
- depth probe or a marked measuring rod + tape measure
- rake, shovel, wheelbarrow and a screed board
- the equipment's posted fall height and the surfacing manufacturer's depth table
- site closure signage and barrier tape
- gloves and eye protection
- camera + GPS phone
Steps
- 1. ASSESS: photograph the use zone as found and probe the surfacing depth at the fall-critical points (under swings, at slide exits, beneath climbers), recording every reading.
- 2. Close the use zone with signage and barrier tape before any material is moved; a partially filled use zone is more dangerous than a worn one.
- 3. Remove contamination and compacted material from the repair area, and check the sub-base drains rather than holding water.
- 4. Place the specified surfacing to the depth the manufacturer's table gives for this equipment's posted fall height, raking level across the whole use zone rather than only the worn patch.
- 5. VERIFY: re-probe the same fall-critical points and record the depths; confirm each meets or exceeds the table value for the posted fall height.
- 6. Confirm the use-zone extent still meets the CPSC handbook clearance around the equipment, then reopen and photograph from the before vantage; enter depths and photos in the proof record.
What counts as done
- Before photo + depth measurement of the worn patch
- After photo + depth measurement of the topped-up surfacing
- Material note
Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.
The standard this serves
Civic Safety Reporting. Civic safety is the craft of noticing for your neighbors: the burned-out light over a dark corner, the sidewalk lip waiting to trip someone, the overgrown hedge hiding a crosswalk. This standard is documentation and coordination only, no repairs: see the hazard clearly, grade how serious it is, record it with a photo and a place, and route it to the people with the authority to fix it. Mastery looks like a neighborhood where problems are found while they are still small. This packet is one clear-eyed report, and one clear report is how every fix begins.
What is promised, and what is not
Three separate acts, never one: a vote is a free signed preference that moves no money; a pledge is free signed backing intent, balance-checked, that moves no money and never marks the packet funded; funding is a real payment that backs the wage. Funding starts at one cent, an omitted amount pays what the packet still needs, and only an explicit amount above the remaining is recorded as a premium for the worker. Money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1785461422877_h8ka8ik","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.
Claiming is free. You sign to prove the wallet is yours: no card, no deposit, no fee. Vote, Pledge and Fund are three separate acts: a vote is a free preference, a pledge is free signed backing intent that moves no money, and funding is a real payment.
An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.
Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.
Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.
Other acts: vote, pledge, fund
