  1. Photograph each window well as found (debris level, standing water, gravel condition, window-seal condition).
  2. Remove debris and soil down to the gravel base by hand; bag it separately from yard waste.
  3. Top up the gravel base for drainage and re-seat any loose well cover.
  4. Re-caulk the window's exterior seal where cracked and photograph each well finished from the matching vantage.
