All of it: the words, the place, the proof

Repair the window screen door in Phoenix, AZ. This packet does not assert a surveyed condition beyond that. The proof requirements listed on this packet are what counts as done. Name the exact site and confirm it with its host before you claim: this listing gives only the area.

Fund it for $160. The receipt lands onchain once the proof is approved.

$160 proposed

This job is not funded yet, so this figure is a proposed price, not money held for the worker. If a buyer funds it, approved proof settles that price onchain. If nobody funds it, approved proof earns provable credit toward the work instead of cash: recorded, and readable any time at vealth.net/labor/credit/(your wallet). You see which before you claim, never after.

Proof
before photo of each torn screen + repair photo + after photo installed + count + GPS

This is exactly what gets it approved. Nothing settles without it.

Safety, read before you claim

Ground-floor/easily reached classroom windows only, staff escort on campus; stable step stool, never overreach.

How this work is done

How this work is done

A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.

Steps

  1. Confirm with the site's host the exact site name and street address, and write down the contact who agreed to the work.
  2. Meet the staff escort and walk with them to the ground-floor and easily reached windows and doors the job covers.
  3. List each torn or damaged screen at the site.
  4. Photograph each torn or damaged screen before touching it.
  5. Take the screen out of its opening, using a stable step stool where the window needs it.
  6. Lay the screen frame flat, cut away the damaged mesh with a utility knife, and straighten or re-join any loose frame corner.
  7. Fit new mesh over the frame, secure it all round, and trim off the excess.
  8. Photograph the re-screened or repaired frame.
  9. Put each screen back in its opening and photograph it installed.
  10. Count the screens repaired, then submit the photos, count, GPS and the site record with the contact's name.

What counts as done

  • Before photo of each torn/damaged classroom screen
  • Re-screening/frame-repair photo
  • After photo of the installed screen + count repaired
  • Site record: the exact site's name and street address, and the contact who agreed to the work

Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.

The standard this serves

Energy Efficiency Audit. Energy efficiency work begins with the walkthrough audit, the kind the ASHRAE standard describes: a trained eye moving through a building, reading the bills, the walls, the lights, and the equipment, and coming out with the short list of fixes worth doing first. Mastery looks like an auditor who can feel where a building is bleeding money within the hour, and prove it on paper. That instinct is trained by repetition on real buildings. This packet is one repetition: one system observed, one reading taken, one finding recorded the way the standard asks.

What is promised, and what is not

Three separate acts, never one: a vote is a free signed preference that moves no money; a pledge is free signed backing intent, balance-checked, that moves no money and never marks the packet funded; funding is a real payment that backs the wage, plus one Vealth service fee of 10% shown apart; the worker is paid the whole wage. Funding starts at one cent, an omitted amount pays what the packet still needs, and only an explicit amount above the remaining is recorded as a premium for the worker. Money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1785462709341_gaa0rd2","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.

Claiming is free. You sign to prove the wallet is yours: no card, no deposit, no fee. Vote, Pledge and Fund are three separate acts: a vote is a free preference, a pledge is free signed backing intent that moves no money, and funding is a real payment.

An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.

Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.

Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.

Other acts: vote, pledge, fund
