Run the summer watering round for Paradise's replanted trees (2026-08-03)
Run the summer watering round for Paradise's replanted trees (2026-08-03). Fund it for $180. Proof lands on-chain when it's done.
Every replanted oak that dies of a missed summer is a decade lost. The weekly watering circuit through the replant lots is the keep-alive rung of the whole recovery ladder. Standard: ISA establishment watering guidance. SDG 15. Proof: dated log + basin photos Method (ISA establishment watering guidance. SDG 15.): 1. Collect the replant route from the prior log. 2. Deep-water each basin; pull crowding weeds; check flags. 3. Photograph representative basins. 4. Submit dated log with GPS. Done when: Dated watering log; Basin photos; Decline notes
How this work is done
A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it. Typically 45–90 minutes. Method of record: USFS BAER soil burn severity + water-repellency assessment
Bring
- water bottle for drop test
- trowel
- clinometer or phone level
- GPS phone
- N95 + boots
- camera
Steps
- 1. Confirm the burn area is open/safe to enter; navigate to a transect; record GPS.
- 2. Photograph the transect capturing ground cover and ash.
- 3. Classify soil burn severity (low/moderate/high) at 3 points.
- 4. Run the water-drop penetration test; record repellency (time for a drop to absorb).
- 5. Estimate remaining ground-cover percent and slope.
- 6. Enter severity class, repellency, ground cover, slope, GPS, photos into the proof record; sign.
If it does not match the plan
- High severity + strong repellency on steep slope -> tag high debris-flow/erosion risk; recommend priority treatment.
- Ground cover < 30% -> flag elevated erosion risk.
What counts as done
- Dated watering log
- Basin photos
- Decline notes
Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.
Funding this work is a purchase or a vote, same act: you either want this done here, or you want the world to contain it. Either way the money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1785715363817_6qxe2kp","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.
Claiming is free. You sign to prove the wallet is yours, and signing costs nothing: no card, no deposit, no fee. An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.
Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.
