Steps

5. 5. Record housekeeping and access/egress: trip/impalement hazards, material storage, walkways, and clear exit paths (Subpart C).
6. 6. For each finding, mark condition against the OSHA 1926 checklist item, assign a tier (stop-work / correct-before-proceed / monitor), and name the responsible competent person.
