All of it: the words, the place, the proof

Document the delivery-driven shoreline exposure band at the park's public observation tower overlook. The resaca's water level at the park's public observation tower overlook tracks the local irrigation district's delivery schedule rather than rainfall, leaving a recurring exposed shoreline band that has not had a recent bank-top record; litter stranded there washes back in on the next delivery pulse.

Offer to pay $80. The receipt lands onchain once the proof is approved.

This job is not funded yet, so this figure is a proposed price, not money held for the worker. If a buyer funds it, approved proof settles that price onchain. If nobody funds it, approved proof earns provable credit toward the work instead of cash: recorded, and readable any time at vealth.net/labor/credit/(your wallet). You see which before you claim, never after.

Safety, read before you claim

Never enter the resaca or any pool, wade, swim, or launch a boat; banks are soft and can give way without warning. This is a border region; never cross a levee, approach the border barrier, or enter any refuge area closed to the public.

The full safety list for this job:

  • All work stays bank-top, on the maintained park path, sidewalk, or designated interior trail, and never approaches the water's edge.
  • No water sample or plant is ever collected, and no location of a rare plant stand, bird nest, roost, or rookery is ever recorded or published.
  • Venomous snakes, fire ants, and Africanized honey bees are present, and much of the ground vegetation is thorny; watch foot and hand placement, wear eye protection and gloves near thorny vegetation, and give any snake or bee activity a wide path.
  • Mosquitoes are a real disease vector here, including dengue and West Nile virus; wear insect repellent and long sleeves and pants, especially near standing or slow-moving water.
  • Rio Grande Valley summer heat and humidity are severe with little shade; work only in early morning or late afternoon, carry extra water, wear sun protection and light-colored clothing, and take frequent shade breaks.
How this work is done

How this work is done

A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.

Steps

  1. 1. From bank-top ground or the observation tower, photograph the exposed shoreline band left when the resaca's water level drops between the local irrigation district's delivery events, and any litter or debris stranded on it. This work never enters the resaca or any pool, seep, or standing water at any skill level, never wades, never swims, and never launches or uses a boat; resacas are open water with soft, undercut banks that can give way without warning. All work stays bank-top, on the maintained park path, sidewalk, or designated interior trail, and never approaches the water's edge to work.
  2. 2. Note the exposed band's approximate width and the litter type (plastic, foam, other trash) found on it.
  3. 3. This documents the recurring, delivery-schedule-driven shoreline exposure problem specifically, distinct from a weather-driven flood-debris survey; state the stretch's location relative to a park landmark in the record.
  4. 4. Record a ranked follow on note naming the stretch for a litter-removal crew working on bank-top ground only.

What counts as done

  • Photo of the exposed shoreline band taken from bank-top ground above the waterline
  • Exposure band width and litter type noted
  • Confirmation that this job never entered the resaca or any pool or standing water, never waded, swam, or launched a boat, and stayed bank-top on the maintained park path, sidewalk, or designated interior trail at all times; that no water sample was collected and no plant was collected or its precise location published, and no bird nest, roost, or rookery location was recorded or published; that this work never crossed a levee toward the river, never approached the border barrier, and never entered a refuge area closed to the public; and that mosquito repellent, sun protection, and adequate water were carried given Rio Grande Valley heat, humidity, and mosquito-vector conditions.
  • Ranked follow on note naming the stretch for a litter-removal crew
  • GPS waypoint of the surveyed stretch

Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.

What is promised, and what is not

Three separate acts, never one: a vote is a free signed preference that moves no money; a pledge is free signed backing intent, balance-checked, that moves no money and never marks the packet funded; funding is a real payment, made by the payer straight to the worker, with no Vealth fee. Paying Vealth is closed: Vealth takes no new card or wallet payment for a job. To fund a job, offer to pay the worker directly, then pay them yourself when you accept the proof, from your own wallet or by your own card or bank. From a wallet: prepare_token_offer, sign, submit_token_offer; after the proof is accepted you pay the worker on chain and the worker records it (prepare_token_settlement, or POST /labor/settle for USDC on Base). By card or bank: prepare_direct_offer, sign, submit_direct_offer; you pay the worker yourself and the worker records it with prepare_direct_settlement. Both are free, need no gas, and move no money through Vealth.

Claiming is free. You sign to prove the wallet is yours: no card, no deposit, no fee. Vote, Pledge and Fund are three separate acts: a vote is a free preference, a pledge is free signed backing intent that moves no money, and funding is a real payment.

An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.

Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.

Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.

Other acts: vote, pledge, fund
