This work never enters the resaca or any pool, seep, or standing water at any skill level, never wades, never swims, and never launches or uses a boat; resacas are open water with soft, undercut banks that can give way without warning. All work stays bank-top, on the maintained park path, sidewalk, or designated interior trail, and never approaches the water's edge to work.
- 2. Note the exposed band's approximate width and the litter type (plastic, foam, other trash) found on it.
- 3. This documents the recurring, delivery-schedule-driven shoreline exposure problem specifically, distinct from a weather-driven flood-debris survey; state the stretch's location relative to a park landmark in the record.
- 4. Record a ranked follow on note naming the stretch for a litter-removal crew working on bank-top ground only.

- Confirmation that this job never entered the resaca or any pool or standing water, never waded, swam, or launched a boat, and stayed bank-top on the maintained park path, sidewalk, or designated interior trail at all times; that no water sample was collected and no plant was collected or its precise location published, and no bird nest, roost, or rookery location was recorded or published; that this work never crossed a levee toward the river, never approached the border barrier, and never entered a refuge area closed to the public; and that mosquito repellent, sun protection, and adequate water were carried given Rio Grande Valley heat, humidity, and mosquito-vector conditions.
