All of it: the words, the place, the proof
The survey above found litter and debris stranded on the delivery-driven exposed shoreline band at the park's public wetland walking trail; hand collection and pack-out from bank-top ground keeps it from washing back into the resaca on the next delivery pulse.
Offer to pay $95. The receipt lands onchain once the proof is approved.
Safety, read before you claim
Hand collection only, working from stable bank-top ground above the waterline at all times, gloves required for handling litter. This work never enters the resaca or any pool, seep, or standing water at any skill level, never wades, never swims, and never launches or uses a boat; resacas are open water with soft, undercut banks that can give way without warning. All work stays bank-top, on the maintained park path, sidewalk, or designated interior trail, and never approaches the water's edge to work. This is a border region and much of the surrounding floodplain is federal refuge land or private farmland; this work never crosses a levee toward the river, never approaches the border barrier, and never enters any refuge area closed to the public. All work stays on the confirmed public park path, public interior trail, public sidewalk or right of way, or resident's own home. No water sample is ever collected from the resaca or any pool at any skill level; no plant of any kind is ever collected; no precise coordinate or description of a rare or unusual plant stand is ever published beyond the general work site; and no location of any bird nest, roost, or rookery is ever recorded or published, given the Rio Grande Valley's status as a world birding destination. Venomous snakes, fire ants, and Africanized honey bees are present in this landscape, and much of the ground vegetation is thorny; watch foot and hand placement around brush, leaf litter, and mounds at all times, wear eye protection and gloves when working near thorny vegetation, and give any snake or bee activity a wide path rather than approaching it. Mosquitoes are a real disease vector in the Rio Grande Valley (dengue and West Nile virus are both locally documented); wear insect repellent and long sleeves and pants, especially near standing or slow-moving water and in early morning or evening. Rio Grande Valley subtropical summer heat and humidity are severe, with little shade in open wetland and grassland areas; work only in early morning or late afternoon to avoid peak heat, carry more water than you think you need, wear sun protection and light-colored breathable clothing, and take frequent shade breaks.
How this work is done
How this work is done
A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.
Steps
- 1. Photograph the litter-strewn exposed shoreline band before starting, from bank-top ground above the waterline.
- 2. Confirm with park staff that the removal area is approved and stays on bank-top ground above the waterline, never entering the resaca.
- 3. Hand collect and bag the litter and debris along the exposed band, sorting recyclables where the park's program allows, staying above the waterline at all times.
- 4. Pack out the bagged litter to the park's designated receptacle and photograph the cleared band.
What counts as done
- Before photo of the litter-strewn exposed band
- Park staff approval of the removal area recorded
- Confirmation that this job never entered the resaca or any pool or standing water, never waded, swam, or launched a boat, and stayed bank-top on the maintained park path, sidewalk, or designated interior trail at all times; that no water sample was collected and no plant was collected or its precise location published, and no bird nest, roost, or rookery location was recorded or published; that this work never crossed a levee toward the river, never approached the border barrier, and never entered a refuge area closed to the public; and that mosquito repellent, sun protection, and adequate water were carried given Rio Grande Valley heat, humidity, and mosquito-vector conditions.
- Litter type and volume removed recorded
- After photo of the cleared exposed band
Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.
What is promised, and what is not
Three separate acts, never one: a vote is a free signed preference that moves no money; a pledge is free signed backing intent, balance-checked, that moves no money and never marks the packet funded; funding is a real payment, made by the payer straight to the worker, with no Vealth fee. Paying Vealth is closed: Vealth takes no new card or wallet payment for a job. To fund a job, offer to pay the worker directly, then pay them yourself when you accept the proof, from your own wallet or by your own card or bank. From a wallet: prepare_token_offer, sign, submit_token_offer; after the proof is accepted you pay the worker on chain and the worker records it (prepare_token_settlement, or POST /labor/settle for USDC on Base). By card or bank: prepare_direct_offer, sign, submit_direct_offer; you pay the worker yourself and the worker records it with prepare_direct_settlement. Both are free, need no gas, and move no money through Vealth.
Claiming is free. You sign to prove the wallet is yours: no card, no deposit, no fee. Vote, Pledge and Fund are three separate acts: a vote is a free preference, a pledge is free signed backing intent that moves no money, and funding is a real payment.
An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.
Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.
Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.
Other acts: vote, pledge, fund
