  3. 3. Inventory each material with its product name/manufacturer where visible.
  4. 4. Flag each item against the Red List (e.g., PVC, formaldehyde, phthalates, halogenated flame retardants).
  5. 5. Recommend a compliant alternative for each flagged item.
  6. 6. Enter the material inventory, Red List flags, alternatives, and photos; sign.
