How this work is done

A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.

Steps

1. Pick a still hour before or after service. Close what should be closed, light one incense stick, and walk every door, window frame, pass-through and wall penetration slowly, in order.
2. Where the smoke ribbon bends, there is a leak: photograph the bend, write the location on a dated list, and keep moving until the whole space is read.
3. Choose one exterior door from the list — the worst or the easiest — and fit a door sweep or adhesive weatherstrip from the hardware store, cut to fit.
4. Photograph the sealed door up close and re-test it with the incense stick to show the ribbon now holds.
5. Hand the building the counted, dated leak list with the one sealed door marked done.
