Steps
- Find every return grille and filter slot reachable from the floor; photograph each filter as found, with its printed size.
- Buy the matching size at the hardware store and replace the dirtiest one; write the date on the new filter's frame in marker.
- Photograph old and new side by side, and the dated frame installed.
- Set a CO2 meter in the busiest occupied room and log the reading at open, mid-shift and close for one working day.
- Hand the building the filter map (sizes, dates, which were replaced) and the day's CO2 log with the peak flagged.
