- Bucket-and-stopwatch every tap in the space: time ten seconds of full flow, convert to gallons per minute, and write each fixture's rate on a dated list.
- Note every drip, run-on, or fixture that will not shut fully while you go.
- Pick the one dripping faucet, shut its supply stop, and replace the washer or cartridge with a matching hardware-store part.
- Re-open the supply, confirm the drip is gone, and photograph the dry spout next to the stopped stopwatch.
- Hand the building the flow list with rates, the drip log, and the one fixed fixture marked done.
