How this work is done

Steps

1. Walk from the curb to the front counter, then the service entrance, as slowly as the least steady guest would.
2. Log every hazard with a photo, a tape measurement, and a phone-level reading where slope matters: lips over a quarter inch, curled mats, loose thresholds, dark stretches, blocked clearances.
3. Rank the list from worst to easiest on a dated sheet.
