Steps
- Walk from the curb to the front counter, then the service entrance, as slowly as the least steady guest would.
- Log every hazard with a photo, a tape measurement, and a phone-level reading where slope matters: lips over a quarter inch, curled mats, loose thresholds, dark stretches, blocked clearances.
- Rank the list from worst to easiest on a dated sheet.
- Fix the smallest one that needs no permit and no trade: re-seat or replace the mat, screw down the loose threshold, replace the dark bulb reachable from the floor.
- Photograph the fix, re-walk the path once, and hand the building the ranked list with one item marked done.
