Cut spent plants.

Fund it for $80. Proof lands onchain when it's done.

$80 proposed

This packet is not funded yet, so this figure is a proposed price and not money waiting in escrow. If a buyer funds it, approved proof settles that price onchain. If nobody funds it, approved proof earns provable credit toward the work instead of cash. You see which before you claim, never after.

What the work involves

A harvested or finished-for-the-season plant in the no-dig bed at this home near Goldthwaite, TX still has a whole root system threaded through the soil, and pulling the plant out by the roots drags that structure apart along with it, the same disturbance the bed was built to avoid.

How this work is done

A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.

Steps

  1. 1. Confirm the plant is finished for the season, harvested out or past producing.
  2. 2. Cut the stem at the soil line with clean shears, leaving the full root system undisturbed in the ground below.
  3. 3. Set the cut top growth aside for the compost pile or chop it directly onto the bed's surface as fresh mulch, resident's choice.
  4. 4. Photograph the cut stem at the soil line with the root system left in place, and photograph the bed after the cut material is cleared or chopped onto the surface.

What counts as done

  • Written or recorded permission from the resident
  • Photo of the spent plant cut at the soil line, roots visibly left in the ground
  • Confirmation that the root system was left in place to decompose, not pulled or dug out
  • Photo of the bed after the cut top growth was cleared to compost or chopped onto the surface as mulch

Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.

The standard this serves

Edible Garden Cultivation. Edible garden cultivation is food growing done to the standards the land-grant universities have refined for a century: healthy soil in tested beds, the right crop in the right season, hand tools, patience, and records. Mastery looks like a Master Gardener's plot, beds that feed a family most of the year from a piece of ground the size of a parking space. Every gardener who reaches that point started with a single bed and a single season. This packet is that start: one bed built or tended properly, one honest note about what happened.

The money and the proof

What is promised, and what is not.

Funding this work is a purchase or a vote, same act: you either want this done here, or you want the world to contain it. A vote is free and signed; funding starts at one cent and anything beyond the wage is recorded as a premium for the worker. Either way the money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1786413789435_1429arc","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.

An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.

Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.

Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.
