Anyone can start here · a resident's own home with a backyard pool, along FM 1544, rural vicinity west of Sweetwater, TX 79556 (own-home, best-estimate location along the confirmed real road)

Track the water added to top up the pool separately from what the cover test explains, resident home near Sweetwater, TX.

Fund it for $80. Proof lands onchain when it's done.

$80 proposed

This packet is not funded yet, so this figure is a proposed price and not money waiting in escrow. If a buyer funds it, approved proof settles that price onchain. If nobody funds it, approved proof earns provable credit toward the work instead of cash. You see which before you claim, never after.

Claiming is free. You sign to prove the wallet is yours: no card, no deposit, no fee.

What the work involves

A pool that gets topped up from a hose every few days hides a leak inside its evaporation number; without a separate log of exactly how much water goes in at each top-up, a fixture or valve leak can run for a whole season looking like normal evaporation.

How this work is done

A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.

Steps

  1. 1. Read the hose-bib or home water meter dial before starting any top-up, from a standing position at the meter or spigot, never at the pool's edge.
  2. 2. Fill the pool to its marked line using the hose, then read the meter again and log the gallons used for that top-up with the date.
  3. 3. Compare the season's top-up log against the bucket-comparison number from the evaporation rung; if top-ups are consistently running ahead of what evaporation alone should explain, flag it in the log as a possible fixture or valve leak.
  4. 4. Note in the log that a flagged possible leak is a job for a licensed pool-leak-detection professional, never diagnosed by opening or testing equipment at this rung, and record the log entry with a photo of the meter reading.

What counts as done

  • Written or recorded permission from the resident
  • Photo of the meter or hose-bib reading before the top-up
  • Photo of the meter reading after the top-up with gallons logged
  • The running log compared against the cover-test evaporation number
  • Confirmation that no pool equipment panel, valve, or pipe was opened or tested at this rung

Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.

The standard this serves

Water Efficiency. Water efficiency is the quiet discipline of wasting nothing indoors. The EPA's WaterSense program sets the marks: how many gallons a minute a faucet should pass, how to find the leak that runs a toilet all night, how a household's water bill tells a story. Mastery looks like an auditor who can walk a home in an hour and find every hidden gallon. The skill is built one fixture at a time, which is exactly what this packet asks: measure one flow, find one leak, record one truth about where the water goes.

The money and the proof

What is promised, and what is not.

Funding this work is a purchase or a vote, same act: you either want this done here, or you want the world to contain it. A vote is free and signed; funding starts at one cent and anything beyond the wage is recorded as a premium for the worker. Either way the money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1786417271254_emjm1ua","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.

An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.

Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.

Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.
