Steps

1. 1. Confirm with facilities and grounds staff where sprayers are currently filled and get permission to install a dedicated station there.
2. 2. Mount an open-top intermediate container, a wall-bracketed tank or basin, at a fixed height with its rim always above the tallest sprayer tank it will fill.
3. 3. Fit a permanent hose bibb and hose to fill only the intermediate container, never a sprayer directly, with a labeled hook that holds the hose end well above the container's rim at rest.
4. 4. Label the station clearly for water-fill-only use, photograph the finished station showing the air gap between hose end and container rim, and confirm with staff that sprayers will be filled by dipping or pouring from the container, never by hose.
