Caulk and weatherstrip the windows and doors.
Fund it for $90. Proof lands onchain when it's done.
$90 proposed
This packet is not funded yet, so this figure is a proposed price and not money waiting in escrow. If a buyer funds it, approved proof settles that price onchain. If nobody funds it, approved proof earns provable credit toward the work instead of cash. You see which before you claim, never after.
Claiming is free. You sign to prove the wallet is yours: no card, no deposit, no fee.
What the work involvesThis home's window and door frames have gapped, cracked caulk and worn weatherstrip, letting Texas Hill Country and Central Texas summer heat push straight into the living space and driving up the household's cooling bill.
How this work is done
A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.
Steps
- 1. Walk the home's exterior window and door frames with the resident and photograph visible gaps, cracked caulk, or worn weatherstrip before starting.
- 2. Remove failed weatherstrip and old, cracked caulk from the frame joints with hand tools only.
- 3. Apply new caulk to the frame joints and install new weatherstrip at each window and door, working from ground level or a stable step stool only.
- 4. Photograph the sealed frames from the matching before vantage and record the count of windows and doors sealed.
What counts as done
- Written or recorded permission from the resident
- Before photo of the gapped/failed weatherstrip and caulk
- Count of windows and doors sealed recorded
- After photo of the sealed frames
Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.
The standard this serves
DIY Weatherization and Air Sealing. Air sealing is the cheapest energy work there is, and the Department of Energy has spent decades proving it: a tube of caulk and a roll of weatherstrip, placed where the cold actually comes in, beat almost any gadget you can buy. This standard keeps the work occupant-safe: no wiring, no combustion equipment, no disturbing old paint. Mastery looks like hands that can find a draft with a bare palm and close it for good. This packet is one home's worth of that: find the gaps, seal them, photograph the proof.
What is promised, and what is not.
Funding this work is a purchase or a vote, same act: you either want this done here, or you want the world to contain it. A vote is free and signed; funding starts at one cent and anything beyond the wage is recorded as a premium for the worker. Either way the money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1786670419165_21rh9pn","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.
An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.
Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.
Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.
