Run a new worker's first heat-season week the safe way, Blanco High School, Blanco, TX.
Fund it for $90. Proof lands onchain when it's done.
$90 proposed
This packet is not funded yet, so this figure is a proposed price and not money waiting in escrow. If a buyer funds it, approved proof settles that price onchain. If nobody funds it, approved proof earns provable credit toward the work instead of cash. You see which before you claim, never after.

What the work involvesConfirm with Blanco ISD facilities and grounds staff whether new or returning-after-a-break crew members already get a graduated first week in the heat. If not, run one: a lighter workload on day one that steps up gradually, a buddy assigned for the week, and closer water and shade breaks, following the standard 20-percent-per-day acclimatization build.
How this work is done
A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.
Steps
- 1. On a new or returning worker's day one, cap their workload at roughly 20 percent of a full hot-weather task load, with more frequent water and shade breaks than the rest of the crew.
- 2. Step the workload up by no more than about 20 percent each additional day through the first week, reaching full workload only after the week is complete.
- 3. Assign the new worker a buddy for the full week who checks on them at every break, not only after heavy tasks.
- 4. Log each day's workload level and buddy check, and hand the completed week's log to the crew lead as the record that the ramp-up happened.
What counts as done
- Daily workload-level log for the full first week
- Buddy assignment record for the week
- Confirmation that the crew lead signed off on the completed graduated week
Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.
What is promised, and what is not.
Funding this work is a purchase or a vote, same act: you either want this done here, or you want the world to contain it. A vote is free and signed; funding starts at one cent and anything beyond the wage is recorded as a premium for the worker. Either way the money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1786671018449_paqomgu","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.
An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.
Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.
Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.
