Steps

1. 1. Confirm the load's curing-clock status on the bin label shows CLEARED, with the full curing interval elapsed and no ammonia odor; photograph the cured pile and the target garden bed before starting. Do not proceed if the load is not marked cleared.
2. 2. Screen out any large uncomposted chunks and set them back in the bin to continue curing.
3. 3. Spread the cured compost as a top-dressing on the resident's own edible garden bed, working it lightly into the top few inches, and water it in.
4. 4. Photograph the amended bed from the matching before vantage and record the volume of cured compost applied.
