advanced work · a resident's own home, Ozona, TX 76943 (Crockett County; best-estimate location, exact address not confirmed)

Clear and install attic or crawlspace ventilation.

Fund it for $165. Proof lands onchain when it's done.

$165 proposed

This packet is not funded yet, so this figure is a proposed price and not money waiting in escrow. If a buyer funds it, approved proof settles that price onchain. If nobody funds it, approved proof earns provable credit toward the work instead of cash. You see which before you claim, never after.

Claiming is free. You sign to prove the wallet is yours: no card, no deposit, no fee.

What the work involves

This resident's own home's attic or crawlspace ventilation is partly blocked, trapping humid air against the roof deck and floor joists and pushing mold risk and cooling costs up together.

How this work is done

A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.

Steps

  1. 1. Confirm the attic or crawlspace access point and scope of work with the resident, and photograph the existing vent openings before work.
  2. 2. Enter the attic or crawlspace only with the trained crew's required PPE (N95 respirator, eye protection, coveralls) and a spotter present.
  3. 3. Clear blocked soffit or ridge vents of insulation or debris, or install new code-compliant vent covers or screens sized to the space, maintaining the design intake-to-exhaust ratio.
  4. 4. Photograph the finished, unobstructed ventilation path from inside and outside, and record the vent type and count addressed.

What counts as done

  • Before photo of the blocked or missing vent openings
  • Confirmation that the trained crew wore the required PPE (respirator, eye protection) during attic or crawlspace entry
  • After photo of the cleared or installed vent openings from inside and outside
  • Vent type and count addressed recorded

Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.

The standard this serves

Weatherization Readiness. Weatherization readiness is the survey that turns a cold, expensive-to-heat home into a fundable plan. Following the Department of Energy's program, the surveyor maps where the house leaks air, which attics and walls lack insulation, what fresh-air path must follow the tightening, and which safety checks must clear first. Mastery looks like a walkthrough that ends with a package a weatherization crew can price without a second visit. This packet is one piece of one such survey, done carefully and written down, so a real family's real house gets closer to warm.

The money and the proof

What is promised, and what is not.

Funding this work is a purchase or a vote, same act: you either want this done here, or you want the world to contain it. A vote is free and signed; funding starts at one cent and anything beyond the wage is recorded as a premium for the worker. Either way the money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1786674304561_knej8uv","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.

An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.

Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.

Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.
