$45 proposed

Claiming is free. You sign to prove the wallet is yours: no card, no deposit, no fee.

What the work involves

Shrubs, a fence panel, or stored bins have grown or piled up right against this library's outdoor air conditioning unit, choking off the clearance space the manufacturer requires around and above the cabinet and forcing the unit to labor for air it cannot get. This is the largest-scale obstruction in the way of this unit, feet of crowding rather than inches of litter or millimetres of packed fin dust, so it is treated first.

How this work is done

A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.

Steps

  1. Confirm with library staff how landscaping and stored items near the building's outdoor AC unit are currently handled, then measure out the manufacturer's typical clearance, about two feet clear on every side of the cabinet and several feet clear above it.
  2. Using loppers and hand pruners only, cut back any shrub, vine, or fence-line planting growing into that clearance zone; never power equipment for this step.
  3. Move stored bins, firewood, trash cans, or any other stacked item out of the clearance zone to a spot at least the full clearance distance away.
  4. Photograph the clearance zone before and after, and measure and record the clear distance on every side of the cabinet.

What counts as done

  • Confirmation of library staff permission and coordination on site
  • Before photo of the clearance zone crowded with plants or stored items
  • After photo of the clearance zone cleared to the manufacturer distance on every side
  • Measured clearance distance recorded on every side of the cabinet
  • Confirmation that all cutting was done with hand tools only, no power equipment

Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.

The standard this serves

Energy Efficiency Audit. Energy efficiency work begins with the walkthrough audit, the kind the ASHRAE standard describes: a trained eye moving through a building, reading the bills, the walls, the lights, and the equipment, and coming out with the short list of fixes worth doing first. Mastery looks like an auditor who can feel where a building is bleeding money within the hour, and prove it on paper. That instinct is trained by repetition on real buildings. This packet is one repetition: one system observed, one reading taken, one finding recorded the way the standard asks.

The money and the proof

What is promised, and what is not.

Funding this work is a purchase or a vote, same act: you either want this done here, or you want the world to contain it. A vote is free and signed; funding starts at one cent and anything beyond the wage is recorded as a premium for the worker. Either way the money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1786674552056_cpiq9hi","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.

An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.

Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.

Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.
