1. Visit each fixed public vantage point on the route at the same time of day.
2. Photograph the channel in the same framing every visit: upstream, downstream, and water surface detail.
3. Log color, foam, visible trash load, flow level, and odor strength from the vantage distance.
4. Note any new discharge, dumping, or channel change visible from public space.
5. Compile the month's photo log and record it with GPS and date.
