1. Numerar cada sitio de plantación de la cuadra, ocupado o vacío, en el registro. / Number every planting site on the block, filled or empty, in the record.
2. Por sitio anotar especie aproximada, diámetro estimado, estado de la cazuela y estado general del árbol. / For each site record approximate species, estimated diameter, basin condition and overall tree condition.
3. Fotografiar cada árbol completo desde la vereda de enfrente. / Photograph each whole tree from the opposite sidewalk.
4. Marcar los sitios vacíos como oportunidad de plantación y los árboles secos como derivación al municipio. / Mark empty sites as planting opportunities and dead trees as a referral to the municipality.
5. Entregar el registro fechado con el total de árboles, sitios vacíos y derivaciones. / Submit the dated record with totals of trees, empty sites and referrals.
