How this work is done

Steps

1. Stand on public ground at the site entrance. Document only. Do not enter the work zone, do not touch the fence or gate, and do not photograph people.
2. Photograph the posted signage as found: permits, emergency contact board, required regulatory postings, hazard warnings, or their absence.
3. Photograph the gate and street context once so the location is legible.
4. Note what is posted, what is missing, what is expired or unreadable, and pin each photo with GPS.
5. Compile the photos and notes into one dated gate log.

• One compiled gate log naming what is posted, missing, expired, or unreadable
