How this work is done

Steps

  1. Confirm site authorization and today's scope with the supervisor before starting; sign in per site policy.
  2. Round the full active work area with the hierarchy of controls in hand: elimination first, then substitution, engineering, administrative, PPE last.
  3. Log every hazard found with a photo, its location, and its control level.
  4. Fix what is technician-level the same day: clear the blocked path, restore the guard or barricade, correct the housekeeping, replace the damaged signage, address the PPE gap.
  5. Stop work on anything above technician level and escalate it to the supervisor by name before leaving.
  6. Close the round with one dated log: found, fixed, escalated, each with its photo pair.
