Plant a pollinator strip.
Fund it for $352. Proof lands onchain when it's done.
$352 proposed
This packet is not funded yet, so this figure is a proposed price and not money waiting in escrow. If a buyer funds it, approved proof settles that price onchain. If nobody funds it, approved proof earns provable credit toward the work instead of cash — recorded, and readable any time at vealth.net/labor/credit/(your wallet). You see which before you claim, never after.
Claiming is free. You sign to prove the wallet is yours: no card, no deposit, no fee.
What the work involvesThe biodiversity survey at Harrison Park, 1824 S Wood St, Pilsen, Chicago, IL 60608 found a mowed-turf margin with almost no forage for pollinators -- a native forb strip is the direct doing sibling of that finding.
How this work is done
A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.
Bring
- regional native forb/grass seed mix (Xerces Society or state pollinator-plan approved) at the planned rate
- no-till drill or hand broadcaster + rake for seed-to-soil contact
- camera + GPS + boundary marking flags/stakes
- gloves + sun protection
Steps
- 1. ASSESS: photograph the strip/margin as found (bare ground, existing weeds, adjacent crop or pasture edge), record GPS boundary and area, and confirm the native mix + rate + seeding window against the site plan.
- 2. Prepare the seedbed minimally (light raking of surface crust or weed knock-down already completed by others; no deep tillage) and mark the planting boundary.
- 3. Broadcast or drill the native forb/grass mix at the planned rate and shallow depth appropriate to the species mix.
- 4. Ensure seed-to-soil contact (rake-in or roll) and photograph/log the seeded boundary, mix, and rate as the establishment record.
- 5. VERIFY: return at the plan's check window and photograph emergence across ≥3 representative points along the strip; log estimated native cover and flag bare gaps for reseeding.
What counts as done
- Seeding record (date, native forb/grass mix, rate, boundary)
- Before photos of the bare/weedy margin
- GPS boundary of the planted strip
- Emergence-check photos at 3+ representative points at the plan's check window
Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.
What is promised, and what is not.
Funding this work is a purchase or a vote, same act: you either want this done here, or you want the world to contain it. A vote is free and signed; funding starts at one cent and anything beyond the wage is recorded as a premium for the worker. Either way the money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1787185898052_5opguhf","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.
An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.
Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.
Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.
