1. Photograph the alley's starting condition from both ends.
2. Bag loose litter and stack bulk items at the legal pickup point.
3. Rake out leaf and brush blockages so the alley's drainage path runs clear.
4. Leave anything hazardous in place and photograph it for a report.
5. Photograph the cleared alley from the same angles with GPS and date on.
