1. Work from the current survey list and take only piles matching the safe categories: furniture, bagged household trash, yard debris, tires.
2. Load piles with gloves and a helper, keeping the load covered for transport.
3. Deliver to the Metro transfer station and keep the disposal receipt.
4. Leave each site broom-clean.
5. Photograph each site before and after and the disposal receipt, GPS-tagged and dated.
