Steps

1. Photograph the assigned reach from three fixed points before starting.
2. Collect all litter reachable from the path and top-of-bank with a grabber, bagging trash and recycling separately.
3. Tally bags and note any large or hazardous items for agency pickup, do not touch those.
4. Stage bags at the agreed collection point.
5. Photograph the same three points after, plus the tally, with date and GPS.
