1. Take the latest transect record and work the highest-count segments first.
2. Collect litter from the trail and dry upper bank only, with grabbers below knee height.
3. Tally item types and sort recycling out.
4. Weigh and stage bags at the trailhead collection point.
5. Photograph before and after per segment plus the tally card.
